-> freshly milled flour
-> pure ghee
-> freshly roasted spices and
-> For sweet variety we use dhaga mishri (non refined sugar) only.
-> There are no chemicals added in Wokies, not even baking powder or baking soda either.
-> So no question of preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colours & flavours in Wokies.
-> We use single flour 100% base like100% single millet base viz. 100% Jowar base, 100% Ragi based etc.
-> In some exceptional varieties of Wokies where such food combinations are scientifically essential, we have used mix bases in such certain combinations only.
-> Vegan options are available.
-> We also provide an option of adding Spirulina in Wokies to make it healthier. There is no change in the taste of Wokies by adding Spirulina in it. A slight change in colour can be noted in light coloured Wokies only, on adding Spirulina.

Therefore these are most probably the only non ultra processed cookies available in the market.
Shelf life being around thirty days only.
You can choose various flour bases and flavours and toppings as per your choice under subscription plan.
