Wakes are made of
-> freshly milled flour,
-> pure ghee,
-> freshly roasted spices and
-> For sweet variety we use dhaga mishri (non refined sugar) or Jaggery or dry fruit or fruit pulp as ordered only.
-> There is no chemical, no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial colours & artificial flavours added in Wakes.
-> We use single flour 100% base like 100% single millet base viz. 100% Ragi based etc. In some exceptional varieties of Wakes where such food combinations are scientifically essential, we use mix bases in such certain combinations only.
-> Vegan options are available.
-> We also provide an option of adding Spirulina in Wakes to make it healthier.

Wakes are generally provided on a make to order basis.
Shelf life being around three days if kept in the refrigerator only.
You can choose various flour bases and flavours and toppings as per your choice.
Therefore these are most probably the only non ultra processed cakes available in the market.
